March 10 Photographer Michael Rauner will give a lecture and show slides of his work with aquestion and answer period to follow.

Michael Rauner is a San Francisco-based photographer, bookmaker and installation artist. His fine art photographs have recently been published by Chronicle Books in The Visionary State: A Journey through California’s Spiritual Landscape, a collaboration with author Erik Davis.

Michael’s artistic focus is on the production of limited edition, hand-made photographic artists books that explore religion, ritual, and esoteric subcultures in the West.
